I have had problems with my low back for as long as I can remember.  It wasn’t until it started to interfere with my golf game, did I decide to do something about it.  I started working with Kjersten on my core strength, flexibility, and body mechanics.  She assured me that our efforts would get me back to playing 18 holes without difficulty.  Within a month of starting treatment, I began to notice that my golf drills were getting easier and I didn’t need to spend the day in bed after walking the course.  Two months later, I can honestly say that not only do I feel stronger and I can move easier, but my drives are longer, my ball flies straighter, and my short game is more controlled.  I started working with Kjersten to alleviate my low back pain, but I am thrilled that my personalized PT program has also improved my game.
