John P:

I was having knee pain just a few weeks before a 10K for which I had been training for several weeks and I scheduled a session with Kjersten for some help.  She thoroughly evaluated my condition and was able to offer a diagnosis of “Left Medial Tibial Stress Syndrome”  Not fatal – and not as bad as that sounds – but required some very specific stretching and rehab instructions.  After a few more visits, and carefully following the instructions laid out by Kjersten, I was able to complete the 10K and also ran a very strong race, considering my training was interrupted.  Kjersten is a very qualified and competent to help with sports injuries and training.  I would highly recommend her services to others!
